@Robert, yes I have a PR4 GT on the rear and as Adrian says, my life has changed since I dumped the OEM Dunlop (une grosse merde

). I wouldn't say my bike is now a sport bike (the pegs are brand new and I like it that way) but I do not fear the wet roads anymore (rainy autumn, rainy winter, rainy spring here in the old world

). Before this PR4 Trail on the front, I had the Dunlop they have on HD which is better than the OEM.
If I had to change both tires in a tire shop, it would cost me +/- 400 $ (and 600 € if I went by a BMW dealer

) Fortunately, my tires usually last long, circa 16,000 miles for the rear one and less for the front one.
What I read about the Pirelli Scorpion Trail II is amazing. They say that the braking distance with the Pirelli is 32 meters on a dry road (with a R1200 GS speeding at 80 km/h = 50 mph) and only 33.6 meters on a wet road.
Bridgestone A40 : 31.7 meters on dry road/33.3 meters on wet road
Dunlop Trailsmart : 32.3/34.7
Continental TrailAttack 2 : 31.4/38
Michelin Anakee 3 : 32/
35.9 (4 meters more !)
Metzeler Tourance next : 32/
38 As you can see, the differences are huge. The Bridgestone is #1 in the braking distances but the Pirelli handles better and makes the ride on wet roads a piece of cake, provided that they are warm enough. I had the Michelin Anakee on my R1200 GS 2013 and they were fine though.
BTW, I ordered your chrome cover 12 hours ago and I have just received a mail, they've already sent the item
