Can't speak to the performance, but it looks fugly.

That is fugly, stock looks much better and more than likely runs better

I bet it was made by someone who likes cars and motorcycles,
but doesn't know or care in particular about Valkyries... he made
it look like "it has a car motor in it" I think... all the plastic covers
are gone, even the gas cap is naked... the filters sticking out...

I do wonder how it runs, but I think it looks cool in a car motor
kind of way...

Trick Rick built a Valk he named Scortch. It had reversed carbs with the same filter setup. He said the throttle cables were difficult to figure out. It ran well but he set it up to spit fire out the exhaust the spark plugs in the truck stacks.

GL1500 GoldWings ony had two carbs.
This bike will not run properly,.....but it is made to look KUHL for those unfamiliar with Valkyries.
