gentlemen , misters, sirs and ladies .. question for you .. if I may ...        ???
I did 300 miles around tyler/smith county texas
the other day/10 days ago ...  and all was well
two days later I tried to go out again ... start right up back out and then sounded like it was hit'in
on 3 cylinders ... rolled back into the garage turned it off ... (wth?)      Undecided      ... pull plugs and all was good
check everything under the cover .. all good ... turn the key and touched the starter button and all I heard was "tic" from right side and every thing when dead ... all thoughts ,ideas and suggestions
welcome please ... and let me thank you in advance for your time and any helpful information ...

How about loose battery connection, dead battery, alternator went out and of course the main fuse. Try jumper cables to the battery and see what happens but you should still have a warranty on the bike so the dealer would be a good choice.

Thanks with the problems I thought maybe but the reply stands  Grin Grin basically generic.

As I intend to reach 125,000 miles with my F6C 1800 without any trouble (after that, I'll be too old and I'll have to drive a convertible  Grin) I'm relieved !  Evil

Being a 1500... you probably have a dead battery.

I have seen times where the starter will spin, but the bike won't start because there isn't enough power left over to create a spark.

You were lucky enough to be at home and witness the exact time the battery gave out.
