I got a real good deal on these Ergo pegs, new from a guy for a 100 bucks. I installed them the other day and tried them out. I didn't like the way they angle my foot , the pegs come almost strait so your foot as to be sort of twisted to be flat on the peg. Is there an adapter that would bring the pegs more inward  so the foot would be in a normal position.

Those should be adjustable in many ways.

Stick an allen wrench in the hole on the outside of the peg.  Loosen it up.  Now the peg will rotate to where you'd like it.  Retighten and done.

They can also be rotated on the clamp.  The only restrictions are the engine guards and the ground (and this includes leans).

Some have also adjusted them by sliding the clamp down the guard, but that can increase your chances of dragging them, depending on how you position the arms.

Most guys mount the clamp as far up as it will go on the lower guard, position the arms nearly straight up (near the top of the guard), then turn the peg to about 45* to meet your foot.

I set mine up so I can be on the dually pegs with bent knees, but can stretch out with my heels over the pegs too.

Yes as mentioned above, many adjustments.  Don't miss the tiny set screw on the inside of the peg.  It has a sharp point on it that helps to keep the peg from rotating on the mount.
