For some reason, I can't figure out what is wrong with the turn signal.  As soon as I turn on my bike - the left turn signal is on ( not blinking).  The right turn signal will blink and is in a normal state.  The affect my brake lights on the left side as well.  I have replaced the fuses in the trunk, I have replaced the blinker and still no dice.  Is there a replacement system that I can replace this system or does anyone have any idea of what I can do to fix this?

I have a 99 Valkyrie Interstate.

Check the ground wires and connections.

We need more information.

Fuses in the trunk?
Do you have a hook up for a trailer?

Power is being back feed by something, so removing fuse(*s) with the key on could pin point which circuit is feeding power to your left turn single bulb..

I had a similar issue and located a loose connection as mentioned above.  Mine was in the headlight bucket.

Do you have LED turn signals and/or brake lights?

If your talking about the front turn signal then they should both be on when you start the bike if the rear they should not.

The signal switch can cause strange anomalies. The grease gets old and makes the switch do funny things. Take the left bar housing apart and use a degreaser in the switch. Relube with a dielectric grease (Super Lube: Found at Ace Hardware).

Could be just a bad bulb.  Sometimes a filiment breaks and cross feeds to another.
