cooldude Nice job, but the chrome side covers look a little out of place on a blacked out bike. I'll trade you my black ones for the chrome, unless you're going to chrome it up so it looks bright and shiny like a maroon bike....

LOL...nah, I obviously have the black ones...I think their totally ugly...I was going to have them painted the same color as the bike...but it would have cost two hundred dollars more then then just getting the chrome ones.  Plus, if you notice, the chrome ones are vented for air flow..why?  Dunno..

Was going to get the blue, but Liked the metal flake in the red makes it look a bit deeper. Hey enjoy the ride I pray you will find new and fun paths for your special day. You can ride a route so many times but sometimes you make one turn and it seems like a whole new place.

I agree...you should get the chrome ones for your bike!  I hate the black ones..ugly...  The windshield, although cool looking, could be just a bit taller...like two inches or so...  I am not a big windshield guy...I just like the idea of a deflector to keep the rocks and bugs of my face...

Bugs down here are no joke had a splat on my windshield that must have been 3 inches in diameter. If that had hit me the pain would have been one thing but the gross factor would have been off the scale.

Grin Cheesy  Protein baby, a free meal?? cooldude Grin  Nah, I hear ya man, I use to eat plenty of bugs...been hit in the head with June bugs...MAN that hurts! That windshield I use deflects 99% of them.

Your bike does look very clean man...I respect that big time.  I clean mine nearly every time I ride it.  At least a quick spray polish on the tank and fenders..  Riding them showroom fresh is part of the fun for me. cooldude

I hit a bird wearing a 1/2 helmet, helmet took most of the hit, my ear got the rest with gobs of gut.

In northern AZ I ran into a swarm of some kind of beetle I think, Had a full face helmet, green gook covered every square inch of surface facing forward including me, had to panic stop and wipe my face shield off, I was 150 miles from home, what an awful ride home. tickedoff

Adrian,
You're  bike looks great. I prefer small shields and like the shape and size of yours cooldude  what is the manufacturer and size of that shield? Is it available in different sizes?
Happy Birthday,  enjoy your ride.

I love the new spray on waxes you can get these days. Turtle wax and Meguiares rock.

Your ride is looking good. Now I want to go wax mine!
