We are home from our 12 day trip to Glacier. 3488 miles and had 2 half days of riding with bad weather. Hit marble size hail just before Jackson and had to pull over because it hurt so bad. It lasted about 10 mins and we actual had hail drifts pile up on both tires. The next morning we had cloud cover, so Rik didn’t get to see the Tetons. Other than that the weather was great. We had a great time and a great ride. Here are some pictures from trip (Michael K so it did happen)

(Michael K so it did happen)

A lot of interesting photos.  But, did anyone else notice, not 1 photo of a motorcycle.  There was a photo of a 1930s White Motor Co. Red Bus, but, no motorcycles.  You sure you didn't just fly up and abscond that bus and go on your tour.  You guys could have just packed a spare helmet for the couple of helmet photos.  So I'm not sure it did happen.  Wink

Glad you had a safe trip.

Nice photos Ron. Your charming wit and dry humor are always delightful. Sorry to hear Rik didn't get to see the Tetons, hope the bikes weren't dinged from the hail. When we were there last June on our way to Spearfish the weather was cold for a ways out of Pinedale, but relatively nice at Jackson, and good viewing of the Tetons. No rain or hail, just pretty good weather if you had good warm gear. You visited some of my favorite places on your trip, but none better than riding with you, Rik and the other Zonies  to Colorado, the Million Dollar Highway, and then having a superb dinner in Delores. I'll never forget the taxi lady, she was a piece of work......rick
