I have attended a few high school class reunion events this weekend.  I was having a very hard time recognizing people!  However, when I walked in the other night, a gal I have not seen in a few years (actually many) looked at me and said, "Lori Smothers!"  I looked and her and said, "Yes, and you are?"  She said she knew who I was the moment she heard me talk and laugh!  Cheesy  (I acutally have heard that from many over the past couple of days.)  Go figure!  I just don't see how people know me by my laugh!  Evil

And to make this valk related...we did ride the valks to the gathering this evening.  They were admired by many!  cooldude

Honey child, ya'll has a very distinctive laugh.

They could blindfold many people that know you and set you in with 100 people, and let them laugh one at a time, raise hand when ya hear Lori. they would all go up in unison without and hesitation.

Speaking from experience here, remember the group shot on the CBR?   Everyone on the camera platform commented when you laughed, good comment, like that has to be Lori & we were looking for you in the crowd,   finally found ya on the front row w/Carl leaning back on ya talking to someone.

So believe it, you do have a very distinctive laugh.  That is a good comment also.

Your laugh comes from your heart, so it would have to be big! And I'm not just saying that because I smell apple pie.

I don't hang out with you enough at Inzane or Cheaha or whatever other places we've both
been at, so I don't remember your laugh...

After my first Inzane, I understood how things worked, about the charity and fund raisers and all,
and on the second Inzane I was prepared to outbid Big Mike on a strawberry pie... mmmmm....

It's a blessing, Motomama.  You are not actually remembered for that laugh... you are actually remembered for your personality, your strength of character... the laugh may be the 'tickler'  but if it was only a laugh, no one would remember.  Good on you.
