I have a vague idea of how to measure the stock bars, but does anyone have a link to Honda's OEM info on the factory measurements?

Go to www.flandersco.com They have every size handlebar config you can want and the proper way to measure so you can compare yours to what they offer. They may even custom bend a set for you.
