Happy Birthday Chris

For some reason I can't get a picture to post so just use your imagination. What ever you hope to see,,, just picture it here and I hope it makes you smile.

Thanks everyone!  I took a day out of the office and chucked my kayak on the car and headed out to Mansfield Hollow at 4:00AM.  By the time I got there and unloaded it was 4:55 when I put in.  The lake was dead flat and the birds were just beginning to make some noise.  The rain was just off in the distance so I put on my raingear and pushed off.  Within 50 feet of the boat launch it started to pour and continued for the next 4 hours.

I caught a good slug of fish (20 bass and 1 small pike) on a variety of lures and really enjoyed the morning.  I pulled out at noon and headed home to take a nice lazy snooze.  Laura and I are now just having a glass of wine and watching the Yankees game so life at this very moment doesn't suck.  Well....except for the Yankees.......
