Everybody chuckles when a guy from Seattle talks about hot weather, but yes we have some every now and then

what I've noticed is that the Valk doesn't care how hot it is--got an awesome cooling system, won't overheat when working properly. But unlike it's brother the Goldwing, which has all the shrouds and covers (for the rider's comfort), Valks don't care if you the pilot get fried or not. As for the airwings, like others have said they don't help much deflecting heat away from you, and my experience is they have absolutely no effect either way when sitting in traffic (which of course is when it's most likely the fan will kick on, frying you all the more!!). Enjoy the heat while you can...cold weather is only couple months away
