Well I really suck at electrical so those of you that don't where should I start checking continuity or ground for my headlamp which seems to pretty much do as it pleases?  I'm going to end up getting a Fix-It ticket because half the time I don't know if my light is on or off I have to look in other vehicles reflection to see crazy2

The headlight power goes through the start button contacts. Go to shop talk and learn how to clean the starter button. Poor contact at this place could cause vibrations to show your symptoms.

You might also want to pop the headlight off the bucket and have a look at the plug on to the headlight bulb. Could be starting to fry. If so, get a smart switch from Bon S

Remember, it's not just cleaning, it's making sure the contacts are not stuck in the groove they ride in, they need to bounce up and down with the spring.  In other words, if you didn't have to keep a finger on the contacts to keep it from flying off.... IT'S STUCK

I just put in a new SStar in last nite and noticed the plug was a tad easy to slip on. Might check in the bucket as mentioned or the switch again but if its the switch you might want to replace it. I believe Honda has revised it since the original was manufactured due to a different part # revision.
