Does Honda stock replacement "pem-nuts", those recessed brass ferrules, in the fairing that so often pull out?  I don't see a part that corresponds to them in the online fiche.

If missing, where are they sourced from?

Ideally, a Honda part # would be great.

i did my own, its pretty easy and its still hanging in there.

i used an stainless nut the same thread size as the oem, using Locking pliers i rounded it carefully not to damage using a bench grinder. once it was the proper size i heated it and inserted it into the fairing slot. added some super glue just to be sure but be careful not to get any glue on the threads or it will be useless.

You will have to order them but they are available. I would suggest mixing up a dab of JB weld when you put them in. Or if you still have yours just JB weld those in. Again being careful not to get any in the threads. It will hold them there permanently.
