I had folks that got some ask for the recipe.  I wish I would have made more, sorry if you didn't get any.

Here's the recipe


Corn Bake

1 box Jiffy Mix
2 tblspn butter - softened
1 8 oz cream cheese – softened
1 15 oz corn drained
1 15 oz cream corn
2 eggs beaten
1 cup cheddar cheese (I use more)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Butter or spray 9x13 pan
Mix all ingredients (beat until well combined) except  cheese (I usually put some cheese in mine too)
Pour in to pan and top with cheese, bake for 50 to 55 minutes
