Just finished the job. Good pointer here on the board about bleeding....loosening the banjo bolt at the master really made the difference.
Now, I gotta say...that master was so full of chit I wonder how it was working at all. Took a lot of scraping and scrubbing and brake cleaner to get it clean.
Makes me want rebuild the brake masters too.....38K on the bike....but 17 years is a long time.....I doubt they were ever flushed.
