Carb #5 Fuel Leak

Hello all,

This is my 2nd I/S. I have an 00 Arizona and this one is a 99.
I rebuilt the carbs on the one in AZ and all runs well.
Just put the I/S back together in IL and cranked it up and there is fuel leaking from carburetor #5 (throttle side rear).  It's the only one leaking. It's all new needles, cleaned, new jets...Is it possible that the float is stuck? This one has sat for about 2.5 months while I recovered from surgery and I'm heading back in for another one in 6 days, so I'm trying to squeeze one last ride in.
I just tapped the carb body with a screw driver and ran some seafoam in. I'll check  again in the a.m., but the leak 'appears' to be coming from above carb #5.
Looks like another tear down 24 hours. I'll have the tank off early if that's the case.
Any suggestions would be great. I searched the  tech archive and stuck floats was the main issue. I'm grasping here.

If things sat around dry then the fuel rail o-rings will have dried out and shrunk. If the fuel rail is now wet then they'll likely swell up and seal tight. Many have gone through this trial. This is another reason that I like to keep fuel in my carbs over the winter months.

I'm patient. I'll check in a day or so. I've got an unused o-ring kit from redeye to use if needed. May just do it for more peace of mind anyway

I looks like the issue was/is the seal or gasket on carb #5.
Apparently when I originally tightened the carb I either over tightened or left part of the seal outside the carb body. How I missed it, I don't know, but I'm pulling the bank and sealing that carb. While in there I'll change the o-rings on the fuel line too. You can see in the image, the screwdriver is holding part of the gasket. (ummm...if I put the pic in the right way)

You might be able to remove that float bowl and fix it without removing the entire bank.

You might be able to remove that float bowl and fix it without removing the entire bank.

I could. I have a ratcheting set of stubbys that fit if I just remove the intakes, but since I neglected to actually change the seals of the fuel and air rails initially, I'm gonna do it now. I've already pulled the carb bank, disassembled #5 and  pulled 6 and 5 from the rails to get to the seals. I'll be putting it back in after work around 3am...but this time I'll test the seals better all around. I'll post an update.
