That's a bit of a misinterpretation.  The group's line is undoubtedly "Deliver us, O God.", not "Deliver us, Obama."  The former is a standard liturgical response in many churches.  The latter sounds close enough to be convincing, especially after the power of suggestion is brought to bear.

actually, I have listened to it a few more times, and they could be saying "Oh, God".
But it still bothers me that they are talking about health care and politics and saying "oh, God".
