Agreed!  It came down to a nail bitter at the end.  When Gostowski missed the chip shot field goal I nearly fell out of my seat.  He never misses!

Garoppolo is not playing on Thursday night.  The press reports that he's recovering from a sprained shoulder.  Jacoby Brissett will be staring QB.  Let's home he doesn't get hurt.   Undecided

I wonder what Peyton Manning is up to these days. It's only two games.

Think he'd play in his bathrobe?

Not sure if they've made any.  Have to listen to Sports Radio probably to find out.  Supposedly if Brisset gets hurt during Thursday's game, Julian Edelman would sub in as QB.  He played QB in college and knows the Pat's system.

Hopefully Garappolo will be ready to play on Sunday October 2nd.  He will have had a good long rest by then.  Brady is back on October 9th. He's got to be chomping at the bit to get back in the game.

That's what it sounds like Tony.....Julian will be the back-up.
He will risk putting his perfect passing record on the line, if he does toss a pass !!

I heard Garappolo will dress as the back up.  If he's needed, short passes and hand offs.

And risk further damage to the injured shoulder...
Missed hand-off, loose ball on the ground, or trip and fall....   Undecided
I'm not sure the outcome of one game outweighs the gain of "dressing for backup situations"
Then again, this 'beer drinking, armchair quarterback/part owner/part coach' don't know diddlyskwat  crazy2
I just enjoy the thrill they provide each and every week....  !!   Cool
