I need to pull the rear wheel to replace the valve stem due to a slow leak. It has a 90 deg. metal stem(I have a new one) but I think it was damaged by the tire guy that removed the tire and cleaned up the hardened green slime, it was preventing a good seal at the bead. I have a bead breaker and some large clamps.

It's the getting up/down that's ripping me a new one....cautiously looking forward to next month.  Undecided I'll spring for lunch and the garage has fans and an a/c vent into it.  cooldude

I'll be glad to help you out John.
I can come over after work one night or this weekend.
Let me know.

Bob, thanks for the offer, r&r the rear wheel on the 1200 is a lot easier than the Valk we worked on a few months back. I'm just trying to stay active as long as possible but it's getting pretty intense lately. Maybe on the weekend, preferably a Saturday. 407-671-6122

If anyone else wants to join us....the more the merrier. I can also furnish refreshments and we have indoor plumbing. Grin

Is mid-morning OK, around 9:30-10:00? I always like to make sure Rita is up and doing OK before I do anything else that takes me away from earshot.
