Scallops and  mussels sauteed  in a chipolte sauce and smoked salmon with a few more scallops  for an appetizer....
Followed with 30# of fresh Maine lobstahs....
Taylor's parents and brother are visiting from Texas, hence a fresh Maine seafood afternoon feeding frenzy.

Wow, quite a feast!  I'm sure your guests enjoyed it!  I love the picture of the cooked lobsters.  Looks like there's over 20 of them.  I'm sure nobody was hungry at the end of the meal.  Maybe enough left overs for lobster rolls for the next couple of days, too?   Wink

Sweetest lobsters of the season Tony. Supposedly soft shells, some needed a good
thump with the fist to crack the crusher claws. We put a major dent in them....we will have
grilled lobster rolls tomorrow evening, then lobster quesadillas with goat cheese Tuesday evening.
We all sampled the scallops  raw before they went into the skillet....of course much beer
was consumed before, during, and after this event.

Invites must be circling cyberspace RonBou....I know I pushed the 'send' button !!!

May need a slightly larger fire pit and a few more kettles...
Mount it on a trailer, stack a half cord of firewood on board....
Have 250 (+/-) lobstahs and 50 lbs of scallops delivered......
Prep time will be a keg of beer from SeaDog.....

I don't see any problems with this, do you ??
Should we run this by Cathy first ??
