I seem to recall a post sometime back (couldn't find it with Search Function) on the difference between the drive shaft length. It may have been ChrisJ that brought up a difference model#, price and possibly length?

What was the final verdict?

Can these be used interchangeably between models?

Can anyone help my aging memory on this one?

Thanks.

I'm using them interchangeably. You can look at them and see
a difference, but it doesn't seem to be a functional difference.

Chrisj's stuff lasts a long time...  Wink

Just now getting to go through some more Tech Board posts. Looks like ChrisJ more recently posted on this subject. The one I remembered was from years ago.

Makes it sound like the jury's still out somewhat.

Hey HubcapSC,

Next month I'm bringing my IS out to give to my son who recently moved to Charleston, you anywhere near? Once I get out there we're going to pull the wheels and get a couple tires mounted I'm bringing with me. I've got him chasing down a place to mount them.

Maybe you two will cross paths sometime. Thanks again for the reply.
