Hi guys, I have a question that you guys can help with. We are renting a GW in NYC for an upcoming ride. I'm not familiar enough with the GW to know if a standard phone mount that goes on the handle bars will work ? We will have our Sena units and I'd like to have the Gps help me thru NYC.
Thanks

First of all just because the Valkyrie is in the Goldwing family does not mean it shares the same handle bars which it does not Smiley

That being said you will need a mount that attaches to the bolts used to hold the clutch or brake lever since the bars on the wing are NOT round.

You don't need your phone mounted with turn by turn voice, it will work fine with Sena blue tooth even if you leave it in the trunk.

that's how I use Google nav, Even when I have the phone on the mound, I leave the screen off.
