Wow - That Was Ugly!

A different football team showed up to play the Bill's today compared to the Texan's a little over a week ago.  I couldn't believe how bad they played.  They haven't been shut out on home turf in 23 years.  It will be good to have Brady back next week. The offense just couldn't get it going today.

From the opening kickoff's hesitation in the end zone....
To the holding penalty negating a 90+ yard run.....
To the hesitation in the end zone on the second kick off.....

We probably should have done that, too.  We watched it to the ugly end.  Looking for a silver lining, 3 and 1 isn't bad considering the circumstances.

You're right Tony, a 3 & 1 record is better than what was expected all things being considered.
With Roger Asshat handing down a 4 game suspension for Brady at the beginning of the season,
and 2 unknown commodities for quarterbacks...a 2 & 2 record was a distant dream, if not a 1 & 3
record being more realistic.
Will be interesting to see if a weeks practice with the team will be enough to shake off 4 weeks worth of rust !!!

On a side note, Team USA smacked the Europeans in the Ryder Cup !!!!  Some amazing golf played yesterday.....

Beginning of the season all the "professionals" were saying if we made it out 2-2 we'd be good. Some even said 3-1 with Arizona being our loss. SO here we are week five with Tom Brady back, Rob Minkovich back, Gonk getting better each weekend and Bill Belechick is still our coach. I looking forward to Godamdell having to hand the Lombardi to Brady at the end of the Season.
