I did a service on my KN air filter and have a hard time getting the cover on.  The air box is tight against the left side against the clutch tubing on the frame. Tons of room on the right side.  I loosened the left clamps and back bolt but I can't get the box to move so I can center it. Seems to have moved because I never had any trouble before.  Any ideas? Thanks.

I am having a hard time visualizing how it can be off center if all the connecting tubes are on right.

Why did you only loosen the one side?

I would think if you loosen everything like you have to to remove the box, then you should be able to get it right

Check around behind each intake tube (small dental type mirror helps), sometimes (as happened with me) the back side can get hung up and not fully allow the rubber to seat properly. This can off center the airbox.
