Thanks so much for the house warming gift.  We will have diner on the back porch, watch the sunset and enjoy the wine.  Karen, sorry we missed you and hope your feeling better.  Thanks again guys.

You're welcome, You have a nice place and a nice home. It looks like you guys are enjoying retirement. It couldn't happen to a nicer couple.
Sorry this took so long, I don't get on this board much these days. Since I started a new job a little over a year ago I don't have time to do any social media, It's getting better.
