I should have known better than to make plans according to the weather forecast....  Oh well  !!!
All week the reports have been calling for 2.5" (+ / - ) of heavy rains and wind gusts of 45 mph....
I gathered all my resources and set the yacht in it's cradle on the front lawn....
Having loaded  cases and cases of fine boxed wines, plenty of good 'erb, and all the Cheetos I could locate state wide.....
Hours later, here I set at the helm, waiting and waiting for the rain and wind to set sail.  I have dubbed this cruise  "To Hell on the High Waters" ....

Oh well....open season for whitetail deer opens 1/2 hour before sunrise tomorrow.  Not all is lost !!!

If you knocked down a couple of those Wine bottles while sitting at the helm all you need to do is stand up quick and you would have felt like you were floating down a raging river...

Sorry to hear Mother Nature didn't float your boat.

First measurable snow of the season, eh ??
I can only hunt 'antlered deer', which are few and far between round these parts.
Few healthy husky doe been wandering around down back, maybe a lonesome buck
will catch whiff of her aroma and come strolling along.
