Great artwork. Love it, but don't forget the grill's function is to protect the radiator from rocks.

Agreed the mesh will stay on behind the cover.

That is just a picture of the sample made out of cold rolled. The next ones will be made out of 304 stainless #8 (mirror finish).

I was amazed out how fine a cut they can make in metal now. I ended up removing many small cuts that where just penciled in highlights.

thanks,

Nice. Took a sec to see it was nails in the upper corner.

Is that thing 3D, or what? There is what looks like shadowing there.

Waiting to see how the SS turns out, will look better high polish.

You mentioned cut. Is it being water cut?

Wow,,,,  nice work dude,,  what did you use to cut it out???  I too would like to know how yo got the relief,, or is that an illusion?

That was laser cut and the relief is just an illusion accented with the V for Valkyrie that provided additional mounting points for the Dragon and created a bit of depth. The shadowing was just lucky shadowing from the gas assist laser cutting on the cold rolled steel.

I just got the 304 #8 mirror done and mounted on the bike. I may be interested in selling a few but haven't decided yet. I am not sure if there is enough interest to make it worthwhile. I also like that my dad and I have almost identical bikes.

Thanks,

Well it would depend on what material was used. There would have to be enough interest for about 10 of them to make it worth my while.

The cold rolled would be about $95 and the #8 mirrored would be about $155 and I think there is an option in between both not positive.

I may have one or two made for InZane 2017 for raffle gifts.  coolsmiley
