Can someone let me know are these metal or plastic.

Just wanted to say Thank You to Sandy. I had posted on classifieds was looking for some with chrome damage as I want to powder coat them. Not only did Sandy reach out to me he dug up a set that I just recieved for SHIPPING ONLY.  I just want to say thank you!

I know but want a set with some peeling chrome. Want to see what I can do been changing some chrome to black power coat.
