I have been watching ebay, and so far no luck on any used exhaust heat shield, part number 18417-MCA-A20.          Any other experiences out there who else to check with? Thanks,

Happy New Year.........

You can cut the tin for clearance and use it till you find a good deal on a replacement. Once you find one the old piece will never get used again anyway, prolly has no value. Check with trike shops though, your part may have more value than the one you need. They must remove the center stand to install the trike kit. Maybe you can find all needed parts there.

I got a list of motorcycle wreckers in the states and called each one until I found someone who had one.

UPDATE:

I found mine at this motorcycle salvage place in Michigan.
