I desmogged my bike today. I was looking at what was in there and notice a few things. In the picture below..

tubes "14" go into a metal bracket with holes downward towards the engine then just stop. No caps or anything.  Just open ended.
And the last piece, the vac tube coming from intake #6 that will connect to ?? is capped off.
Also this  bike petcock does not have a diaphain in it. Just a plastic piece in there.

2. Coming from the petcock and tank is a tube that comes to a "T" and then just goes under the bike right next to the crankcase breather tube.

So wondering if this is ok since I just desmogged her or if I need to cap or connect these to somewhere else.

The vac tube from #6 should go to the petcock. Sounds like someone may have had a failure and made it a manual petcock.  I would install a pingle and make sure you turn it OFF every time you turn the bike off.

You're good man. Tubes 14 are bowl vents and should not be capped. Your petcock was disabled as far as being vacuum operated so any line off of #6 should be capped. The other tube going to the bottom of the bike you described is a tank vent...also normal.

I have thought about a pringle but if I go that way, want a dan marco anyway as I know that I will forget it.  Thanks Harryc for the clearing it up about 14's. It looked weird but oh well.

If you are not turning your petcock off now you should be because fuel can flow all the time and if you happen to have a stuck carb float that would not be good.

Yeah, I have been but at times forget about it. Going to install the Dan Marco now. Looking up the website now. Since I have everything out of there. LOL

Another option is a cover set rebuild kit and make it back to a vacuum petcock . The DanMarc is a good idea regardless. In my opinion.

I thought the line you are referring to for #6 was on #5? I am asking because I couldn't find a diagram of where it went. From a video I saw, it looked like it was on the riders left. Makes sense it would be on 6, but isn't that #5? This has been holding me up for days! I will also start a new thread since I have another question.

Sounds like you are numbering your carbs/ intakes/ pistons wrong??
Right side is 1 3 5 front to back, left side is 2 4 6 front to back

I think it was it was Jess from Va who suggested when one parks to reach down with both hands...right turns off key and left turns off gas at same time.
