Anyone have any problems with these ? I replaced the original with these and was happy till clutch went out again. After popping the cap the fluid was black ?? Changed fluid , tried to speed bleed , but no luck getting any handle , clutch pressure back ? Could the o rings in the plunger have melted, letting fluid by pass ?? I rebuilt slave back when I started this process so it seemed to be good ,,,,bought the master Shadow pair of masters on e bay , wondering if the r sub quality ? Thanks for your thoughts ! Mofla

With black fluid it sounds like the seals are disintegrating.
Where these genuine cylinders?
Would appear there is a compatibility issue with the fluid.
Would order parts from a reputable supplier and re-kit both cylinders.
Have you checked the fluid in the brake master? Could be in for a nasty surprise if that has the same problem.
Cheers Steve

My sentiment exactly !!  Grin I did check the brake master, it appeared normal ,, maybe because clutch gets more motion ??? Thanks for your input , I'm hoping that is the case,, so looking for better quality ,,, hate doing sh__ twice !!  Angry
