I just noticed two different parts for the damper sets,

These are for the 97-98 GL1500C and GL1500CT
http://www.partzilla.com/parts/detail/honda/HP-06410-MAH-A60.html

These are for all other GL1500C, CT, CD, CF
http://www.partzilla.com/parts/detail/honda/HP-06410-MBH-000.html

This flange is used in all years and all models

I know the wheels are different numbers because of the polished wheel change and I think some of the I/S are different, but what is the diff between the two damper sets?

The newer ones look better, was that a upgrade/change Honda made?

The newer ones are cheaper and seem better. I use
them in my 97...

Use the newer dampeners. They come with the metal insert molded in and last 2-3 times longer than the old style. They fit all valks.

Yeah, thanks guys.  If this was discussed earlier , I forgot, been doing that a lot more than usual.  So I guess this is the new usual Cheesy

I figured it was a upgrade, but also figured I'd ask
