Please don't reply, and I'll try to delete this post after it sells.
I found in ebay a new
OEM
petcock. $30 USD! I already have a used one, so decided I have no place or reason for another one.
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Fuel-Petcock-Valve-GL1500-Valkyrie-1997-1998-1999-2000-2001-2002-2003-1500-01-02-/152435278557?
I'm not the seller, nor have any interest.
he also has a clutch/brake micro switch for less than $10 USD

I found in ebay a new OEM petcock. $30 USD!
OEM means original equipment manufacturer. The manufacturer of that valve is AZ MOTO. I doubt they are selling original Honda valves under the AZ Moto name. It's possible, but I doubt it.

It sold yesterday, so it's gone. But I see another has been listed.
Didn't notice it wasn't a real OEM petcock.
If anyone has bought and used one of these, how about a review? Seems to me it is about the same cost as the rebuild kit for the OEM.
