Nice.....
Do you recognise a young Steve Winwood on vocals....he was only 17 I think. His recording of "Gimme some lovin' " was recorded with Spencer Davis.

The official song stinks. So here is my choice for Alabama.
Here is the commies version, they even love us.

I think I should have no other mortal wants, if I could always have plenty of music. It seems to infuse strength into my limbs and ideas into my brain. Life seems to go on without effort, when I am filled with music.

Yeah, I think it's "Screw you, We're From Texas" (Ray Wylie Hubbard),
or maybe, "Texas Our Texas" (William J. Marsh and Gladys Yoakum Wright). http://www.lsjunction.com/song.htm

Great video of the past... You are my Sunshine by Jimmie Davis
James Houston Davis (September 11, 1899 – November 5, 2000), better known as Jimmie Davis, was a noted singer of both sacred and popular songs who served two nonconsecutive terms as a Democratic governor of Louisiana (1944–1948 and 1960–1964).

Us Texans have a LOT to choose from... Here's one of my favorites... (Now if the Texas VRCC could just get those last few cities tagged for our project so we can make a Valkyrie version!)
(Here's the Texas cities we have and need, just in case someone's got a pic of a Valkyrie in one of the cities we don't have yet) http://www.valkyrieriders.com/tx/video2008.html

If they keep raising property taxes here in NY, the state song is gonna either be Freebird or Ramblin' Man because anyone with the ability will be a leavin' !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Was looking at a new (to us) house not far from where we are now......1,800 sq ft, 4 bedroom 2.5 baths, on a great big 1/2 an acre,....taxes are $24,000. That's 2 freakin' grand a month for them to pick up my garbage. And....it's in one of the worst school districts in the county so I'd still have to send the kids to private school. Ki$$ my A$$ Andy Spano and Governor Patterson! Can't wait for November so I can vote out ALL of the encumbants. All of 'em !!!

I was just informed by my wife that the mountains are in the western end of Kansas, the part that we refer to as "Colorado". We HAVE been there, this past July! Hoser Much different than the eastern part of Kansas.
