Well, you probably now have the only blue bike with chrome on it.  Enjoy.   cooldude

I actually like that. I wasn't sure how the blue was going to go with over the top chrome, but it works.

I can see that I'm going to need to powdercoat my grab bars and engine covers. The engine looks sweet with the black and chrome mix.

The blue when I finally saw it in person blew me away. It is so deep like the old Schwinn Sky Blue with a silver under base  cooldude  the chrome looks great on the blue.   Will be looking for more pics on this.

Not sure if you are old enough...but the color scheme reminds of the old Honda Nighthawks...

I remember the old 750 Nighthawk S.  I wanted one so badly back in the 80's.  Instead, I bought a 750 Interceptor that were one of the models that had bad cams.  Had them changed by Honda twice before I sold the bike and bought a 750 Magna.  I wish I would have got the Nighthawk S, but I couldn't find one at the time.  It was the blue one that I wanted.

DAAAMMMMNNNNN I cant see the bike for the shine  Grin I think we need to have a shine off or something to that effect. That shine on that bike shows you have not been riding it enough and caressing it a little to much  Wink

It's the Turtle Wax Ice stuff man...it is incredible!  I should also note that I use another Turtle Wax product that I spray on after I wash the bike and it is still wet. It polishes the bike as I dry it.  Amazing too...  btw..I am a bit 'OCD' about a clean bike man.  I typically wipe it down, the major parts that is, before every ride.  I want it looking as good as it runs.  I wash it as needed..typically 3-4 times a year.

OK I must admit I couldnt let you get all the bling pics, so I was out washing the bike in the am and took a shot. I also have detail spray and it works great but as the final dust off I use a micro fiber towel and spray a silicon tire dressing on it and wipe the bike with that. Its a very light dressing in a spray can not the usual heavy stuff its a professional spray that I get from a commercial detail place and I have not seen it in any stores. Its fine enough that it removes any extra detail spray and makes the bike have a deep shine along with removing all the dust. Whats really nice is when you do the black it returns it to is original luster and when it gets wet the water beads and rolls off. Even if the bike is dirty and you go through rain it actually washes off the dirt, makes me think of teflon.

Wow, that looks fantastic man!  I should say though that the T/Wax Ice stuff works awesomely on the black plastic as well, in fact, it works extremely well on all surfaces including the windshield!  Takes the bugs right off...and really cleans it.  I like how you have detailed underneath the bike as well...I do this all the time.  The only thing I am not so good at is the wheel. The black paint is hard to keep clean.

AdrianR- I agree with you, it does remind me of the old Honda Nighthawk. I bought a new one in 1984- a 700cc Nighthawk S. It was a dark blue and black- great machine!
