Digi Sync question
«
on:
February 23, 2017, 08:42:09 AM »
Recently bought the Digi Sync from BonS and I have a question about which screws to adjust to sync the carbs. I thought the correct screws were the ones with the "D" shaped head which I think are the pilot screws. MarkT was by the other day and said it was the carburator linkage adjustiment screws--and after watching BonS you tube video again, I am thinking Mark is probably correct. Can one of you look at the attached diagram and point out the correct adjusting screws?

The screws you refer to are not pictured in the diagram you noted.
The screws are #7 in this diagram:

Not the D shaped ones. Maybe this pic will help.
Mine have a light blue on the screw head. I don't know if they all do.

Fazer, meathead is correct, don't touch the D head screws. There are five screws the you adjust, and they may not be colored, mine are not. The middle carb on the right side (while sitting on bike) has a idle knob, you don't adjust that one, it's for idle. All other carbs are adjusted to the vacuum reading for that carb. The screws are on the linkage. If you need further help, I can send you a picture of the above
