This thread won't be as involved as my other threads, I've pretty much sussed this bike's electrical system out and have found the niche that works for me. I'll let the pictures do most the talking. AdMore gave me one of the Valkyrie Harnesses to do whatever I wanted with it. I decided to experiment with my universal idea. It worked, quite well at that. Installed lights are Custom Dynamics Knight Rider style turn signals. Lever pictures will come later. Goodies! I undress this bike way too much. Harness will join the other 2 already installed. Cheating and using previously installed volt meter wiring for light power. While in there, I also upgraded my radiator light coverage. Light placement used due to the placement of other lights, light housing size, and ease of install.

All right , way to go Moofner ! , Good job . As you know , I got Skene lights to work on my turn signals , brake and running lights long ago . I love them as they really light up the rear of my Kerry http://www.skenedesign.com/lights/P3_Features.shtml

Looks like one of those electric heaters. (or my toaster) Good though, more light to the side is safer.

I finished it up today, all back together and function checking well. I don't think cagers will be missing me or my turn signal indications from the side unless they are intentionally brain dead. Further back picture with the cautions on. Fog lights are off to help with the photo. Black levers installation finished. I like the small change to the bar's looks. Mods will now have to wait until I get a proper garage setup to work on the motorcycles. I leave for Denver this upcoming Friday with the Valks in tow. Upcoming plans are to get a Corbin seat and to upgrade the BigBikeParts fog lights to their new turn signal lights setup.

Dan, The side turn signals look good. They are nice and bright. So, you have finally turned in the Florida sun for the Denver mountains. It sure will be beautiful riding in that area this summer.

When someone warns you of a glowing radiator, just tell them that's normal for flux capacitors.

Moofner Hey, the new lights look awesome on your Valkyrie 1800. I haven't been here on the board much. Busy with basketball season. My kids team made the playoffs. I still get lots of compliments on my Valk 1800. I guess I am a little late on the other lighting mods that we discussed for the first of the year since it appears you are heading for Denver. Best wishes to you and your wife . Hope I didn't get you " fired " making you late to work and that's the reason you're making that move to Denver. Keep in touch......I love Denver except when it has snow. Thanks for getting my Valkyrie 1800 Pathfinders to operate they're incredible.

There was an Ebay sale awhile ago that some of us jumped on. They were dirt cheap and bolted right up, no grinding or modding needed.

I believe that there are still some available. If you do a search you should find them.

Very nice, I have some LED Light strips I have been thinking of putting in just inside the top of the side pods. I nave already had them off to paint the plastic grill mesh red, like other things I painted red to accent my add ons. I used the Honda switch harness but then did my own wiring to hook up the driving lites I added in the lower front cowling. I dont know if I want to get crazy and add lites to the hard trunk I have because I only put that on for cross cuontry trips. But what you have done really looks great, and just continues what we do to bling out the bikes we own to make them unique just for our own likes.

I dont understand you had to put a light behind the radiator to make it do that? Mine does that all the time when I come back from a ride out to the glades. Looks good
