Was on the Parkway today between Linville Falls and Mt. Mitchel.
My gess is the Colors will be at there peak next weekend in this area.

Mt. Mitchel in the back ground in the clouds.  Didn't go there.

If you are in the Crabtree Meadows area watch for the pets.

I hope you get a dry weedend for the FCR Joe.  Can't make it this time.
I put in 340 last Friday, 2 passes through Deals Gap.  Some wet roads but no rain.
Then 3 miles from home, 9:30pm the Ski Busted,  My boots were running over within
30 seconds.  Took me 30 mins to go 3 miles to home.
