Yep, WTF is right !!!   tickedoff  Prelim predictions are 12" to 20".....
I realize all this is dependent on storms track to the east / west.
It's due to arrive here Tuesday mid morning and last well into Wednesday....
Wednesday is supposed to be my first day on a new job, not sure I'll be able to get there.
I accepted a position as "bra fitting specialist/salesperson" an Macey's   Wink
Really don't want to let this opportunity pass me by !!!!

Yes it is so and yes it is a gut punch!  12 to 18 inches forecast in Metro West Boston.  It will start early Tuesday morning and end overnight Tuesday/Wednesday.  Maybe I will have a chance to use my new L.L. Bean snow-shoes one last time this winter.

I'm still looking for a job.  I wonder if the Macy's down my way has a similar opening.   Wink

 Cool

Storm predictions have been updated and down graded......
8" to 14" with a mixing of rain.... going to be as heavy as cement.
Very high winds along with heavy snow will cause power outages......
Time to stock up on beer, wine, and cans of beans....

They narrowed it a bit this way 16-24" hopefully it will be light fluffy easy plowing stuff. I hate plowing concrete snow. The gas company just released a bunch of permits to start digging in the street. I got in this morning to find they are all on hold. go figure.

I'm waiting on another update this evening....
I'll have an all-trac skid steer on hold if the heavy wet stuff is coming.

I usually wait until the day after the storm for the weather guys predictions. 2''-2' is not a prediction, it's a cya blanket.

It better not be.  I was just a club meeting last night planning out our trout stocking dates and trudging to the various spots in the brook in full waders, plowing through the snow really sucks.
