Well, I retire from my day job next month and have been giving a lot of thought about what's next. My house is going up for sale at the end of this month as well. I don't know what my future plans are but I do know that I'll be traveling - a lot. And that means that I won't be able to be on call to make my products. So this years Inzane in Billings will be my last as a vendor. I'll bring all remaining product with me to Billings and it will all be sold or, if any remain, awarded or auctioned for charity at the Thursday night banquet. I'll still be around to do any warranty issues that come up. My web page will be up with my phone number and I'll be dropping in to this forum as I frequently do. I have around 30 circuit boards left and once they're gone, well, they're gone.

UPDATE: 04/12/2017

I've just about reached the end of my most limiting item - the PC board for the Digi Sync. Any orders after right now will be accepted but will have to be backordered. A few more PC boards will be ordered to get me through the week of Inzane. I expect the backorder delay to be 3 weeks. If that is unacceptable the please do not order, or wait to order, or just PM me and I'll PM/email you when the back order is over.

Oh, by the way, I cannot do taillights at Inzane. They require things that I can't possibly get there. You can send them to me for LED retrofits from now to the week prior to Inzane though. PM or email me to get my shipping address and to allow me to schedule you in for a quick turnaround.

My website eStore will remain open throughout the week of Inzane and that's the last of it. I'll fill all orders but no new orders will be accepted beyond June 30th, 2017. I think that gives those that want to order products plenty of time to do so as well as the word to spread through our community here for the last call.

Bon, I'd like to say thanks for allowing us to benefit and enjoy the use of your top notch products. The Digisync was nothing short of amazing.

Folks, you've been given warning. If you are even considering either product, make it happen so you don't have regrets later on.

I wish I had a dollar for everyone who wished they could still buy a Rattlebars heel toe shifter new. Once they're out of production, it's a matter of supply and demand and prices can skyrocket.

I can still do the I/S taillights. I've done quite a few this Springs. It's been a pleasure to do this and give back to the Valk community that has made the Valkyrie ownership experience way, way more enjoyable than any bike I ever owned and I've ridden for over 50 years.

It looks like I'm going to be extra busy for a while  cooldude. Thanks all.

I've been sizing up shipping a Valkyrie over to South Korea where I'll be spending a good deal of time. It's looking good and surprisingly the best way I've found is by air! It's not too much more expensive, much faster, and all the paperwork and port fees are handled with the extra expense.

We'll see . . .

While you're over there, ride the Valk up to North Korea and slap that little "Un" guy alongside the head and tell him if he continues to mess with the Bull, he might just get the Horn!

Enjoy your retirement, Bon. I hope to be within 16 months or so of that phase in life!

@BonS

I wish you all the best in the new adventures and thanks for providing great services to VRCC members.

I was one of the first guys to order a Digisync (crystal transparent box) and have being a happy user. I got one question though: would be possible to add in my old digisync the RPM feature? (I'm assuming that it should be implemented as a software feature in the firmware).

Best regards

Congrats on your retirement. Sad day for the motorcycle owners who already don't have your products. I have the Digisync already, great product.

I just ordered the headlight and foglight smart switches for my DR200SE. Per the site they can be used for other motorcycles, correct?
My valkyrie has been wired up similar for over 15 yrs per Mark T and Rattlebar sites.

Thank you for everything.

Yes they can if the module fits within the headlight bucket. That's been the only issue on other bikes.

Once again, that you all! I have quite a few orders and it's going to take some time to get caught up. Please PM me if you're wondering where your order is. I'm going to try to keep some for InZane but they're getting fewer all the time. I may tweak my plan just a little bit to be sure to have some for InZane. I really don't want to be there without them as it's a blast being on vacation, being a vendor, and meeting so many VRCC'rs over the week.

I've heard nothing but good things about the Digi Sync every since BonS came out with it. What is it that makes it so superior to a good other "store bought" unit or even one of the clever designs shown by some of our members?

It seems from Digi Sync testimonials that a bike synced with the Digi Sync runs much better and gets better gas mileage than one not using the Digi.

Ole dumb me thought it wouldn't make any difference what you used as long as it was accurate and damped so it be easy to read. uglystupid2

I think simplicity and quickness is the Digi Sync advantage... I saw Bons use it at
InZane last year, I haven't used it (yet)...

I don't guess there's any other store bought carb sync tool that is set up
for six-at-a-time... ?

Don't forget accuracy.  The Digi Sync short-term averages and shows you a number rather than forcing you to interpret a bouncing analog device.

Took longer to remove my caps and one hose-vacuum-hook the Digisync up than it did to Actually sync the carbs. And when it wuz ready to ride-my Phatt Ghurl-the ol butt dyno were impressed. Having been around tools and gauges most of my life the Digisync Looks lie it should cost Way more than it do. RIDE SAFE.

I'll likely buy one at IZ as well if there are any left. Would probably save on duty and brokerage fees that way as well.

April is a bad month for buying anything...damn income tax.
