The head of the 2mm screw that holds the thumbscrew on the trip meter broke off.  I am trying to figure out a way to get that screw out. It broke off flush with the mount.  I can't find an EZOut that small.  I thought I might try a left hand drill bit, if I can find one that small.

I was wondering if anybody here has faced a similar problem, and what was the solution.

Thanks

Did you remove the case from the speedometer?

Do as Chris asked.
The same thing happened to me.
Thanks to this forum, I removed the case from the speedometer and found it to be an easy fix.  cooldude

Take your small drill bit. Break it at the thread then invert it. put in drill then reverse.
