But my favorite is the P51 Mustang.  
                 The roar of that engine was so unmistakable.
   The climbing abilities, the fire power, the manuverabilities ...  and the power of that engine was exactly what we needed at a time we needed it!

Wish I had more handy. These are kind of a preview of the book.

I agree that the Mustang (and the Tomahawk) are just outstanding, from the way they look to the way they sound. Almost got a chance to fly a P-51 replica shortly before it was sold and the weather crapped out.
