That luggage rack was manufactured by Custom World International.

It is in the top center of this page. I had one on my '98 Standard...very nice and heavy duty.

Thank you rider. I know I paid a kings ransom for it back in 2002.  I've been looking every where for the source, looks like it's a rare find.  I'll put it on Ebay and see if I can't find it a good home. Anyone interested on this board, get back to me and I'll let it go for $80 before the auction. Clock's ticking ........ Smiley
