Last Saturday, Kathy had her CT Scan that marked one year after Chemo. This is the one that we will determine how recover has been, expectation of relapse and well just how healthy she is.
She is Cancer free. Nothing anywhere. Eyebrows to knees. No small specks, no maybe a shadow, none.
The team of Drs are so impressed they moved her appointments for blood work to every three months and CT scans to every six months. This will continue for another year when they will reevaluate again. All three Dr's won't say the word cured, but they also say no reason she can't plan her next 30 years!
This is a once in a billion result and we both appreciate and count our blessings everyday. I look at the world totally different now. People still piss me off, work still sucks, and my body hurts. I just care a little less about that stuff and hold onto the the good stuff, my wife.
Thank you for your support through all this. Neither one of us could have survived with all of you by our side.
This is a great group of people and we love you all.
