Redline posted the following in the BC VRCC forum,

Will there be a group ride from Post Falls to Billings? If so, will it be on Sunday or Monday?

I looked for the post that we had the discussion about what we are doing, but I couldn't find it.

We had discussed somewhere, leaving Sunday for IZ, about an at latest 7 am leaving time from Post Falls. Hoping for a group ride. I take it was going to be a direct ride down Hwy 90 to Billings. My Maps shows a 8 hr drive time between the 2.

I always figured with breaks, it's a 1.5 x the drive ride. So that 8 works into 12 hrs. 7 am would get us there by 7 pm. To late for the registration and dinner on Sunday.

Cross posting but thinking of going through Yellowstone on my way to Sturgis this summer.  Anyone used that route?
