Houston area history ride

I was at the Houston (Lake Conroe) 25th Ride for Kids Sunday and one of my HOG friends mentioned this history ride that will end up at Washington on the Brazos I'll put a link and details below.

And, two quick points. First, yes, you can have HOG friends and ride with them.

Second, you guys missed a helluva ride Sunday. Best route ever for RFK, starting at Lake Conroe and hitting only backroads. More DFW Valk riders there than Houston ones. I heard one wimp talk about it being cold, but won't reveal who.

Gonna be in town Memorial Day weekend? Come and participate in the TX History Ride put on by Houston Area HOG # 1. This ride will benefit the PBTF / Houston RFK. Pre-register on-line for $20 & $10 for passenger OR, day of $25 rider & $10 passenger.

Where: Irv’s Chevron – 40203 US Highway 290, Waller ( Corner of Hwy 290 & Fields Store)
Depart: 9am
Food: 12:30pm – Burgers, dogs, chips, soda & water will be served at the Washington on the Brazos State Park
