I purchased a set of these adjustable levers. Clutch side worked fine but the lever was made too thick to use on the brake side because of the throttle cable housings. Not enough room regardless of adjustments.

The interstate throttle housing exits at the bottom, not the front.

I do not know if they work on standards and tourers, but I think they do.

Not sure if #5 is the part you need, if usable.

If the levers you bought say they fit Valkyrie, and they don't, I'd try to return them for refund, even if they have tool marks, and replace with a set of adjustable for 1800GL, which only need a small piece cut off.

Or Kuryakyn adjustables for GL 1800

Or Kuryakyn wide chrome non adjustable for Valkyrie. (reach shorter than stock, and great)

Standards exit front of housing thus the issue. Vendor (Amazon) has no problem with return. Already have Kury wide levers.
