Good morning to all...Just had a good cup of coffee & I am on the way to the kitchen make S.O.S. for breakfast. I make it the good old ARMY way. Toast has to very dry. Use very lean ground round with very little fat. Fry up some eggs, make another cup of coffee & I am set. DANG!!!! Makes my mouth water just thinking of it. When I was in the 82nd Airborne Division & the 11th Airborne Division over seas in the 50's I would ALWAYS go back for seconds for S.O.S. Even with all that good Army chow I only weighed 175 pounds. I don't eat as much these days but I am up to 250 pounds. Guess I need to start back to the gym. Still can't pass up S.O.S. from time to time though. It is supposed to get up to 80 degrees today here in the Denver area so, after breakfast I will be riding the Valk somewhere up in the mountains. And, to think, it was 19 degrees when I left for work a couple of weeks ago. October & September can bring crazy weather here...but it is all part of life's game, eh? Well, ride safe & smile a lot.
