If you are going to replace old lines, just cut the new ones using old ones as a pattern. Fuel line comes by the foot.

Actually, the fuels lines (if we're talking OEM) are some of the only tubing that comes in the correct length and not by the foot.

Hello again everyone,

Thank you for the responses

However, I need the exact hose lengths…

Someone has been in the carbs/fuel lines and changed  the length … Thus, I am attempting to chase down issues systematically

I want to eliminate any possibility of poor fuel gravity flow to the carburetors…

Therefore, my question for exact length of the fuel lines

Can someone please chime in

Thank you again

I'm too lazy to go out and pull the tank to measure. But if you have fuel line and clamps already. Just make them as short as you can and will still fit.

To bad I didn't read this post earlier, as we had NewValker's tank of yesterday to replace a fuel line that had a in-line filter.  Suspected it caused fuel starvation.

Anyways, I have a new OEM main fuel line and it measures 8 1/2".  It also has a sleeve cover that protects it from chafing against the carb bracket it lays over.

I don't have a tank off at the moment, so you're on your own on the two lines after the "T".  You should be able to figure those out pretty easily.

If any of the lines are original, it might be good to have a new "T" ready in case the plastic is toast.  Probably not, but I had one fall apart on removal.

When I redid my fuel lines the kit I received from Honda had one side off the T that should be shortened a bit. AND I have NO idea where the bag is with that part #. BUT I did order it from Honda. Maybe 2 years ago when I desmogged. Plus on the install of the new fuel lines I did NOT use those little "clamps" they sent-had some small hose clamps in stock that I used instead. But I had my old lines to git the new lines right fer install. RIDE SAFE.
