I ordered rear caliper rebuild parts from www.partzilla.com on Sunday.  Good prices and the lowest cost for shipping.

Who sells them?

There's nothing in there to rebuild... just two seals in each cylinder...

06431-MA3-405 for everything except Interstate rears, those are 06451-GE2-405

There's a couple of booties on the back and one on the front, I replaced them once
but didn't need to...

I've ever seen a "kit" , may be some out there, but I've never seen one.  Don't know if I'd trust them anyways.

I do as Houdini stated and get all the parts from a OEM parts supplier.  I feel that as far as brakes go, Honda OEM is the best way to go.

I've never replaced a caliper cylinder, so I don't have those, but I keep a supply of all the other parts on hand and replace as needed/used.

That way, I'm not waiting for the UPS guy to show up.

Yes. You can see the fiche and part numbers at places like this, I cut-and-pasted,
but it is always good to be able to verify yourself:

I've had very good results detailing my brakes with gun cleaning stuff.  Solvents (Shooter's Choice, Break Free CLP), pistol rod, old beat up bronze and brass brushes of various calibers, tooth brushes, dental pics.  Brake cleaner doesn't clean anything, but it does blow all the scrubbing and cleaning residue off.  Get the pistons out, but not all the way out.  Lube the pad pins.  Don't lube the pads.  Gives me an immediately noticeable improvement in function (my fluid is new).  Instead of brakes on or off, it improves brake dexterity (light feathering, in-between or aggressive braking).

The brake part I've wondered about getting extras of is that little plug that everyone else gets stuck (#14?).  Mine have never been stuck (antisieze).
